Ceelia Joy

Ceelia Joy is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner with over 11 years of experience in diverse roles across multinational banks and a technology company. Currently serving as a Change Management Analyst at ANZ, Ceelia specializes in end-to-end change management for HR functions and projects. Prior to this role, Ceelia worked as a Group Lead at Dell and as a Team Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they focused on financial operations and team management. Ceelia holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Christ University and is pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
