Celia Patton, PMP, is a Leadership and Talent Development Leader with extensive experience in HR, primarily focused on Leadership Development, Culture Development, Learning, and Change Management within the Financial Services and FMCG sectors. Celia has served in various prominent roles, including Group Head of Learning and Development at Domestic & General and Executive Leadership Development Lead at ANZ, where they led the development of senior leaders across New Zealand and the Pacific. As a consultant, Celia worked with notable clients such as Citibank and Diageo, enhancing learning and talent development initiatives.
