Charmaine Tan is a seasoned risk professional with 20 years of experience in the financial and consulting sectors, having worked with leading organizations such as ANZ, PwC, and KPMG across Australia and Asia. Currently, Charmaine serves as the Product Governance & Excellence Lead in ANZ's Credit Cards and Unsecured Lending Division, where they lead a high-performing team to develop and implement strategic risk roadmaps and ensure effective risk management practices. Charmaine has achieved significant milestones, including the delivery of regulatory reforms impacting approximately 1.8 million customers and the successful implementation of operational risk management frameworks. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Melbourne and are a qualified CPA.
