Christine Ryan

Christine Ryan is a Senior Counsel at ANZ, specializing in corporate governance, legal advice, and customer vulnerability. Previously, they served as Head of Customer Vulnerability and Community Partnership at ASB Bank, where they established the ASB Extra Care team and developed initiatives focused on fair treatment for customers in vulnerable circumstances. During their tenure at ASB, Christine also played a key role in implementing the Good Customer Outcomes Framework and managing corporate secretarial services. Their extensive legal career includes positions at CMS Cameron McKenna, Credit Lyonnais, and Bell Gully, complemented by a BA/LLB degree from The University of Auckland.
