Christopher Lewis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategy management within technology and cybersecurity domains. Currently serving as Strategy Manager for Cyber Security Operations at ANZ since 2018, Christopher drives security initiatives and oversees the delivery of the Enterprise Security Strategy. Prior roles at ANZ include Change & Communications Manager for Cloud, Data & Infrastructure Services, and Talent Acquisition Manager for ANZ Plus, where Christopher was pivotal in shaping technology recruitment and implementing agile methodologies. Previously, as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at foodora, Christopher led tech hiring strategies during a rapid expansion, optimizing processes and enhancing candidate experience.
