Clare Hicks

Clare Hicks is a change and delivery professional skilled in solving complex problems and fostering effective teamwork across finance, telecommunications, and consulting. They served as a Transformation Lead at Telstra and a Change Lead at NAB, where they successfully unified cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making. At ANZ, they held multiple roles, including Senior Go-to-Market Manager, where they established the Digital Go-to-Market team, implementing Lean Change Management practices. Currently, Clare is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology at Deakin University.
