Conon Kilner is a purpose-led risk and change leader with over 30 years of experience in global financial institutions across the UK, New Zealand, and Australia. Their expertise spans Commercial, Corporate, and Institutional banking, encompassing roles in origination, structuring, Credit Risk, and Internal Audit. Conon has held significant positions at ANZ, including General Manager of Group Credit Assurance Internal Audit and Programme Director, successfully delivering complex programmes that involved multi-system and process changes. They earned a LLB/BA Hons from Victoria University of Wellington and hold multiple certifications including Certified SCRUM Master and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
