Daniel Gradwell

Daniel Gradwell is an Associate Director in Property at ANZ, where they leverage their expertise as an economist to provide insights and thought leadership for Commercial Property customers. They previously held roles at BIS Shrapnel, including Economic Analyst and Economist/Project Manager, where they contributed to numerous commissioned research projects. Daniel began their career as a Research Assistant at BIS Shrapnel and also served as an Economics Tutor at the University of Otago, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours in Economics.
