David Byrne

David Byrne is the State Director for Property & Health in the Queensland and Western Australia regions at ANZ, where they lead a skilled team managing a portfolio of property and health clients with approximately $3.0 billion in funds under management. Previously, Byrne held various roles at ANZ, including Senior Relationship Manager and Director of Commercial Property QLD/WA, demonstrating a deep expertise in property construction and investment lending. Additionally, Byrne serves as a Committee Member on the Finance and Taxation Committee of UDIA Queensland since 2019. They earned a Bachelor of Business in Management from Queensland University of Technology between 2001 and 2004.
