Dee Youds

Dee Youds is an experienced business leader currently serving as the ESG Program Director at ANZ, where they coordinate enterprise-wide ESG initiatives. With a robust background in operational, project, and change management, Dee has previously held leadership roles in various sectors including financial services, telecommunications, and retail. Dee's career includes significant positions such as Senior Consultant at ASG Group and Director of Electronic Banking at Standard Bank. They hold a BSc Hons in Computer Science and Chemistry from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from Wits Business School, where they graduated as a gold medallist.
