Deesha Sangani is a seasoned Data Governance and Process Governance leader with 18 years of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. Deesha has worked with ANZ from 2008 to 2024 in various roles, including serving as a Lead where they supervised a team and handled internal quality checks. Additionally, Deesha has been self-employed as a motivational speaker and certified Personal Empowerment Coach since 2019.
