Des Misare is a seasoned professional with a background in technical support and service delivery, beginning a career as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Concentrix from August 2003 to March 2010, focusing on Linksys by Cisco Networking Solutions. Subsequently, Des held the position of Service Delivery Manager at vCustomer from March 2010 to December 2012, overseeing Netgear Networking Solutions, and further expanded expertise as a Service Desk Analyst at Atos supporting Citizens Financial Group from February 2013 to February 2014. Des Misare transitioned to ANZ in 2017 as Chapter Lead for Employee Experience in the Service Desk domain and later took on the role of Quality Assurance Lead in Technology Service Management. Des Misare holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Rizal Technological University, completed in 2004.
