Doug McBurney

Doug McBurney is the Group Head of Corporate Credit at ANZ, bringing over 25 years of banking experience in leadership, credit and risk management, and lending across various sectors. Doug has held key roles at National Australia Bank and established a pan-Asian specialised lending credit function at ANZ. With a Master's Degree in Business (Finance) from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy & History from UNSW Australia, Doug's career has spanned multiple cities including Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Jakarta. Doug has also contributed to the development of change management initiatives and served on important risk committees throughout their career.
