Edward Bell

Edward Bell is a seasoned professional in the field of property valuation and credit policy, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Credit Policy & Valuation Risk at ANZ. Edward's career began as a Graduate Valuer at Marsh and Irwin from 1997 to 2000, followed by various roles including Valuer at Bristow Barbour & Walker and Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle. Edward also held the position of Partner - Property at the Bank of New Zealand for a brief period in 2010-2011. Edward completed a Bachelor of Property at the University of Auckland in 1996, laying a strong foundation for their extensive experience in the industry.
