Erika Hou

Erika Hou is a data analytics and AI leader with over 14 years of experience in customer insights and marketing analytics. Currently, Erika serves as the Product Owner Chapter Lead for Home Loans Product Analytics at ANZ, where they manage a team of data analysts and focus on customer lifecycle management. Previously, Erika held various analytical roles at companies such as Loyalty New Zealand, GE Capital, and ANZ, demonstrating a solid background in data-driven decision-making. Erika earned a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Statistics, along with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, all from the University of Auckland.
