Fiona Mackenzie

Fiona Mackenzie is a seasoned executive leader in banking and finance with 25 years of senior-level experience at prestigious global companies including Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, and Deloitte. Currently serving as the Managing Director at ANZ Investments, Fiona leads a team dedicated to delivering high-quality investment solutions, while also being an advocate for accessibility and diversity in capital markets. Fiona has held significant governance roles, including Chair of the Audit, Finance, & Risk Committee at Sanford and member of the Financial Services Council board. An MBA graduate from Columbia Business School, Fiona’s prior roles include Head of Direct Wealth at Jarden and Head of External Investments & Partnerships at the NZ Super Fund, where they transformed investment engagement strategies. Outside of work, Fiona enjoys cycling through New Zealand's scenic routes and mentoring young talent.
