Florida Rita

Florida Rita is currently the Head of Transaction Banking at ANZ Bank in Papua New Guinea, leading the sales team in building client relationships and aligning with the Relationship Management team. Previously, they worked as a Transactional Business Manager at Westpac Bank-PNG-Limited from 2014 to 2018, where they delivered innovative cash flow and transactional solutions while managing customer relationships. Florida's earlier roles at Westpac also included positions as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and various other support and management roles. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of Papua New Guinea and have completed several management-related qualifications.
