Frederick Lim

Frederick Lim is a dedicated Learning Specialist currently supporting the Manila Service Center. They have extensive experience in training and development, having held positions at Convergys as a Trainer and Master Trainer, where they focused on coaching and accrediting other trainers. Frederick also served as a Senior Learning Development Consultant at Wells Fargo and held the role of Training Governance Lead at ANZ, where they managed training frameworks and created learning materials using various platforms. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2010.
