Giles Berry

Giles Berry is an experienced leader in technology program management and service delivery, currently serving as Initiative Lead for Customer Migration and Employee Experience at ANZ since August 2015. In this role, Giles focuses on enhancing workplace technology for employees. Prior to ANZ, Giles worked as a Programme Manager at Credit Suisse, overseeing infrastructure and application development projects, and building cross-skilled teams in DevOps. Previous positions include Service Delivery & Project Manager at Harbour IT, managing service delivery for major clients, and similar roles at BNP Paribas, where responsibilities encompassed technology service management and project management for infrastructure initiatives. Giles began career as a Technical Analyst at Network Techniques Consulting, providing technical support for BNP Paribas.
