Ginny Openshaw

Ginny Openshaw is the Head of Institutional Relationships at ANZ Bank, bringing over 20 years of experience in senior banking roles across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. An expert in corporate finance, they lead a sales team while overseeing the Corporate Finance function and are known for their ability to tackle complex client situations with a unique legal and risk perspective. Previously, Ginny held positions at Barclays Capital in both the Institutional Sales and CDO Structuring teams. A graduate of the University of Otago with degrees in Law and Finance, they are also a director on the ANZ Custodial Services Board and an advocate for diversity, mentoring emerging professionals in the finance sector.
