Grant Smithson

Grant Smithson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, service delivery, and client relationship management. Currently serving as the BS11 Initiative Lead and Business Technology Partner at ANZ since November 2015, Grant also held the position of Lead Project Manager. Previously, Grant worked at Fronde as a Delivery Manager, overseeing service delivery and technology solutions for various clients. At Capital One, Grant managed mortgage platform processes and IT governance, while earlier roles at Capgemini Outsourcing involved leading project teams for global program implementation and improving service delivery effectiveness. Grant holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Macroeconomics and a Master of Commerce in Organizational Behaviour from The University of Auckland.
