Greg Baxter

Greg Baxter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and software development. Currently serving as Capability Area Lead for Quality Engineering at ANZ since April 2022, Greg previously held multiple leadership roles at Telstra from 2007 to 2021, including General Manager and Chapter Principal for Quality & Application Lifecycle Management. Notable achievements include implementing a flow-to-work model, delivering a multi-year Resilience Program, and leading the IT roadmap for OSS solutions. Prior to Telstra, Greg was the General Manager for the Customer Solution Centre at Tabcorp and held various management positions at IBM, where responsibilities included program and project management for the Telstra account.
