Ivan Barretto

Ivan Barretto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and digital transformation. Currently serving as Director of Quality Engineering and Innovation at Capgemini since December 2015, Ivan leads the Innovation and Transformation Center of Excellence for a major bank, driving improvements in QA Automation, DevOps, Agile Performance engineering, RPA, and AI. Previously, Ivan held the role of Director for Digital Delivery, Testing and Transformation at Capgemini, managing a team of 250 FTEs to deliver key digital projects. Ivan's earlier roles include Director of Testing Services at ANZ, Test Manager at ANZ, Test Lead at National Australia Bank, and Program Test Manager at Victoria University, with a foundational start as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini. Ivan holds a GNIIT degree in Information Technology and Information Systems from the National Institute of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
