James McKay

James McKay is currently the Head of Workforce Strategy & Analytics at ANZ, where they focus on workforce strategy development and people analytics. They previously held roles such as Head of Strategic Workforce Planning at ANZ and Senior Manager in various positions at IAG, including overseeing people and culture for the Transformation Office. James also has a background in human resources and industrial relations, having worked with companies like CGU and Adecco Group, and began their career as an Industrial Relations Officer at the Victorian Farmers Federation. James earned their education from the University of Melbourne between 1995 and 2000.
