James Zhang

James Zhang is a Product Owner and Chapter Lead in Product Forensics, currently working with Commercial Products for Cards and Personal Loans at ANZ. They are responsible for translating data assets into actionable business outcomes and enhancing team capabilities for world-class data management. With a strong passion for data and extensive expertise in risk analysis and strategic analysis from previous roles at GE Capital and NAB, James focuses on improving processes to reduce losses and support audit assessments. They are pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Swinburne University of Technology.
