Jan Pfeiffer is a seasoned professional in operational resilience, risk management, and governance, with extensive experience across multiple industries and countries. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Munich University of Applied Sciences, Jan has held various leadership roles, including Senior Product Owner for Operational Resilience at ANZ and General Manager of Change Management at Telstra. Jan has demonstrated a strong ability to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences by leveraging technology and innovative problem-solving skills throughout their career. Prior to their recent endeavors, Jan co-founded StepAhead, developing customized ERP systems for mid-sized companies.
