Jane Cox

Jane Cox is a Chartered Secretary and a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). They have held key roles in various organizations, including serving as the Head of Secretariat - Subsidiaries, and previously as Company Secretary - Subsidiaries at ANZ from 2010 to 2016. Jane started their career as an Articled Clerk and Solicitor at Freehills before moving on to positions such as In-house Solicitor at GE Capital and Solicitor at Allen & Overy. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia.
