Jayson Rivera

Jayson Rivera has a diverse background in operations and management, with experience spanning various roles in multiple organizations. At Link Group, Jayson served as Lead of Operational Excellence from October 2016 to August 2017. Prior to that, Jayson was the Operations Manager at Charter Keck Cramer for over a year, from August 2015 to October 2016. Jayson began a lengthy tenure at ANZ, which started in January 2007 and included titles such as Product Owner, Mortgage Servicing Supervisor, Journey Expert, Assessment Manager, Business Analyst, and Collections Supervisor.
