Jim McGrath

Jim McGrath is the Head of Markets Compliance at ANZ, focusing on financial markets regulatory, compliance, and risk management across OTC and exchange-traded markets. McGrath has extensive experience in equities compliance, having worked as a Compliance Manager at Bell Potter Securities and held various risk and compliance roles at ING. They also served as a Senior Consultant at Certainty Compliance Pty Ltd, advising financial services businesses in Australia and Asia, as well as undertaking multiple compliance consultancy roles at RBC Capital Markets. McGrath holds a Diploma in Financial Planning and a Master's degree in Applied Finance.
