Jo-Ann Santos - Casapao has extensive experience in financial and technical roles, currently serving in the Markets division at ANZ since June 2022. Prior to this, Jo-Ann held the position of Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from May 2020 to February 2022 and worked as an AVP - Senior Technical Analyst at Wells Fargo from September 2013 to May 2020. Jo-Ann's earlier experience includes roles as an Audit & Security Analyst and APAC IT Service Desk Analyst at Credit Suisse from August 2010 to September 2013, as well as serving as an IT Helpdesk professional at MATADOR Systems Pte Ltd between 2008 and 2010. Jo-Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Adamson University, completed in 2003.
