Joanna Chu

Joanna Chu possesses extensive experience in data analysis and customer authentication, currently employed as an Analyst at ANZ since February 2017. Key responsibilities include transforming and presenting data for various stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, and reporting on ANZ systems to guide future initiatives. Prior roles at ANZ involved implementing employee experience improvements and introducing new technologies to enhance development processes. Joanna also held leadership positions at IAESTE, where event coordination and information dissemination were prioritized. Additional experience includes an internship at ANZ focused on project delivery automation, work as a Pharmacy Assistant, and contributions to safety systems with Touchdown Canberra. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science from The Australian National University and studied at National Cheng Kung University.
