John Hughes

John Hughes has extensive experience in project management and technical leadership within the banking and education sectors. At ANZ National Bank Ltd, John served as a Technical Project Manager, overseeing the MyTell Project and STEP Programme related to infrastructure upgrades. Prior to this, John held various management positions at ANZ, including Manager of Management Services and Manager of Infrastructure Platforms, focusing on IT support and infrastructure systems. John's career began at NZI Bank, where John worked in multiple IT roles. John also gained project management experience at The University of Auckland. Educationally, John holds an MBA with distinction from Massey University, a Diploma in Business focusing on Information Technology from the University of Auckland, and a BSc in Maths/Physics from King’s College London.
