John Needham is a banking professional with extensive experience in structured finance and capital funding. They began their career at Citi, where they worked in structured finance from 1986 to 1997. Following this, they held the position of Head of Hybrid Capital Origination at UBS Investment Bank from 1997 to 2008. Currently, John serves as the Head of Capital & Structured Funding in Group Treasury at ANZ since 2008.
