Julie Watson

Julie Watson, PhD, is a Principal Designer at ANZ, where they apply their extensive knowledge in design and user experience research to enhance outcomes for individuals and organizations. With a PhD in Information Systems from Victoria University of Wellington, they have previously worked as a Lead Design Researcher at Empathy and have experience consulting for various public and private sector organizations. Passionate about user-centric design, Julie has lectured in eLearning and Information Systems, contributing to academic and practical advancements in the field. They are dedicated to uncovering insights that inspire innovative design solutions.
