Justine Oh serves as the Head of Strategic and Service Design within the Financial Wellbeing, Research & Design function at ANZ Bank, having joined the organization in October 2010. With a robust background in service design and human-centered design, Justine has led significant initiatives including the implementation of enterprise design strategies and the development of key design projects. Recognized as a founding member of ANZ's Design Office, Justine has successfully mobilized cross-functional teams and utilized a blend of design methodologies to enhance customer and banker experiences. Previous roles include Service Design Manager and Technology Manager at ANZ, where Justine contributed to strategic technology partnerships and agile project management. Prior experience includes positions at IBM and Telstra, focusing on cash management solutions and system architecture. Justine holds a degree from Monash University.
