Previously, Kapil has served as the Head of Risk Management at Bharti Axa Investment Managers and held multiple leadership roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where they focused on operational and corporate credit risk. Kapil's strong academic background includes an MBA in International Business and certifications as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
