Karin Hanke is an experienced professional with a strong background in analytics, product ownership, and business analysis. Currently serving as the Tribe Performance Lead for Employee Experience at ANZ since October 2014, Karin has held various roles including Product Owner for Digital Banker Experience focusing on adoption, communications, service design, and transformation, where responsibilities included managing knowledge sharing and critical communications for over 7,000 frontline bankers.
