Kat Bent is a senior governance and change leader with 27 years of cross-industry experience and 15 years in project management. Currently serving as Product and Governance Manager in Home Loans at ANZ, they shape strategy and execution in product governance, process excellence, and climate risk. Kat is Lean Six Sigma certified, recognized for building high-performing teams, and has a proven track record of integrating sustainable practices, enhancing compliance frameworks, and mentoring emerging leaders. Kat holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and two bachelor's degrees from Western Sydney University.
