Katrina Sidney is the Head of Legal for Transaction Banking within the Institutional Legal Group at ANZ, where they lead a team of lawyers across Australia. With a robust customer focus, Katrina is dedicated to simplifying solutions and processes while nurturing their team's development and collaboration across geographies. Prior to their current role, Katrina worked as a banking and finance lawyer at Clifford Chance in London and began their legal career at Phillips Fox in Auckland over 20 years ago. They hold a Bachelor of Law from the University of Auckland and are qualified to practice law in Australia, England and Wales, and New Zealand.
