Kerry Ford is an internationally experienced Portfolio Director at ANZ, specializing in Regulatory Remediation and Compliance projects. With over 20 years in Banking and Finance, Kerry has successfully led large-scale transformation initiatives while utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Kerry's experience includes roles at prominent organizations such as Credit Suisse and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they demonstrated a strong focus on team empowerment and sustainable change. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at Queensland University of Technology, Kerry is also engaged with The Brotherhood of St Lawrence’s Given the Chance program, supporting refugees in their employment journeys.
