Kira Fleming is a Chapter Lead at ANZ, where they have been leading initiatives since 2021, following a diverse career in technology and software development. Previously, Kira served as a Technical Lead at Target Australia from 2018 to 2021 and as a Senior Developer at SEEK from 2016 to 2017, where they significantly improved the Seek Android app's efficiency. Kira co-founded Snapp Mobile Pty Ltd, developing a platform that automates mobile app creation from e-commerce stores, and has held various roles including Founder of Fashion Clue and Lead Android Developer at PaperCut Software. Kira holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia from the University of South Australia.
