Kishani Celm

Kishani Celm is currently the People Integration Director for Suncorp Bank at ANZ, leading the people stream of a significant acquisition and integration project. Previously, Kishani held various strategic roles at ANZ, including Delivery Lead for Agile Operating Model Transformation and Group Talent and Succession Portfolio Lead, where they received recognition for innovation and collaboration. Kishani's extensive experience spans management consulting at Deloitte and positions at the British Airports Authority, focused on change management and customer experience. They hold a Master of Commerce in HR & Change from the University of Melbourne and are pursuing a BA (Hons) in Sociology at the University of New South Wales.
