Kizzy Misa has a diverse background in customer and employee experience, spanning roles in business improvement, quality assurance, and project management. Kizzy held positions such as GM of Business Improvement at amaysim and Director of Employee Experience Services at COPC Inc., demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing operational efficiency. Currently, Kizzy serves as a Business Excellence Manager at ANZ, focusing on optimizing business partnering. Kizzy earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of the Philippines and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Ateneo de Manila University.
