Les Vance is currently the Executive Lead for EU/NFR at ANZ, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they have served in various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Investa Property Group and General Counsel at Tab Limited, and worked as Chief Customer & Commercial Officer at PEXA.
