Lewis Shobbrook

Lewis Shobbrook is an experienced professional in people analytics and HR transformation, currently serving as Manager of People Analytics & Insights and Product Owner of People Reporting at ANZ since June 2021. Prior to this, Lewis held various roles at National Australia Bank from February 2016 to June 2021, including Senior Consultant for People Analytics Automation, where responsibilities included automating HR reporting, developing strategic insights for senior leadership, and collaborating with technology teams for HR solutions. Earlier experience at National Australia Bank encompassed roles focused on HR transformation, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Lewis began a career in HR with internships at National Australia Bank, contributing to inclusion initiatives and HR project delivery. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Analytics from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University.
