Lisa Nicholson

Lisa Nicholson is a Director of Climate Risk Strategic Execution and a Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience in risk management, specializing in climate and environmental issues. They held the position of Risk and Compliance Manager at Grindrod from 2012 to 2014 and served as the National Finance Manager at C. Steinweg Group from 2014 to 2015. Most recently, they lead ANZ's efforts in integrating climate risk into its risk management framework in 2025, while previously holding significant roles at Suncorp Group and Standard Bank Group. Lisa has also contributed to audit and risk management as an Audit Manager at BDO South Africa from 1997 to 2002.
