Luke Sands

Luke Sands is an experienced Engineering Manager at ANZx, recognized for building high-performing teams and fostering positive workplace cultures. Previously, Sands held roles as a Senior Software Engineer at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and Isobar, contributing significantly to major projects and system developments. Sands also served in the Royal Australian Air Force, where they supported air operations and developed systems for Defense operations. Prior to ANZx, Sands worked at the Australian Department of Home Affairs, where they were instrumental in developing the department's first native mobile application. Currently, Sands is engaged in personal projects utilizing Go and Angular on Google Cloud Platform.
