Malcolm Ferguson has over twenty years of experience in finance, spanning asset finance, corporate and institutional banking, private equity, and equity research, with a recent emphasis on agriculture and commodity financing. They held various managerial roles at ANZ from 2007 to 2016, focusing on client structuring, team management, and transaction execution across multiple global markets. Previously, Malcolm served as a manager at Ford Motor Company from 2000 to 2002, overseeing the dealer credit division in New Zealand. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Commerce with a focus on Economics from Lincoln University in New Zealand.
