Manish Sharma

Manish Sharma is an experienced leader in change management and business performance, currently serving as Value Stream Lead for Customer Migration and Change Management at ANZ since August 2017. In this role, Manish established a comprehensive change and implementation practice, integrating agile methodologies into traditional change management processes. Prior to this, Manish held several strategic positions at ANZ, including Senior Manager for Performance, Governance, and Insights, and Program Director, where responsibilities included business strategy formulation, operational excellence, and the execution of technology initiatives. Manish has a background in customer relations from Global Movies Direct Pty Ltd and possesses a Bachelor's degree from Monash University, along with executive education from University of Cambridge and MIT Sloan School of Management.
