Mark Gualano

Mark Gualano is an experienced professional with a strong background in systems management, process improvement, and lean manufacturing. Mark began a career at IBM as a Systems Management Integration Professional, managing the Telstra Telephone Billing System. Mark then advanced to roles at various organizations, including Business Process Improvement Manager at Hydro Tasmania and Momentum Energy, and Technical Business Planner & Lean Manufacturing Specialist at Robert Bosch, where responsibilities included coordinating capital expenditures and managing lean manufacturing initiatives. Currently, Mark serves as a Process Engineer at ANZ, focusing on process management in electronic manufacturing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computing Engineering from Monash University, along with several certifications in business architecture, project management, and lean six sigma.
